Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TreeHouse Leads, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

Use License

When you purchase a lead pack, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data for your own business purposes. You may:

Restrictions

Payment and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a lead pack has been downloaded. If you experience technical issues with a download, please contact support within 7 days.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all information is 100% accurate, current, or complete. Lead verification rates and data freshness are estimates based on our processes at the time of pack generation.

You are responsible for:
